We at Mike Roberts Construction ensure our homes incorporate great features that would otherwise be overlooked by many builders.  Every home is built with a partial brick or stone front, vinyl siding and aluminum soffits and facia, which creates great curb appeal and has low maintenance.  Crown moldings, rounded corner beads, gleaming wood floors, Amana appliances and hard-surface countertops are just a few of the many upgrades and choices available to our clients.  With the generous allowances, buyers can customize the home and make it their own. 

Not to be overlooked are the multitude of unseen features that we install standard.  Among them are pre-wired ceiling fans and Nu-Wool insulation, which provide up to a 40% savings in utility bills compared to fiberglass insulation.  We have experience with geothermal heating and cooling, and would be glad to discuss the benefits of this option.  We also use a Georgia Pacific I-beam floor system with sub floors that are nailed, glued and screwed to prevent squeaky floors.  All these features ensure your new home from Mike Roberts Construction will last a lifetime.
